Recruitment Process at RKS

We believe that the recruitment process is a two-way street: not only do we choose you, but you choose us.

1. Online Application

2. First Stage - Skill Test

At this stage, you’ll be asked to complete a challenge or technical skills test relevant to the position you’re applying for. A short interview will follow to discuss your test results and previous work experience.

3. Second Stage - HR Interview and Psychological Test

During this stage, you will meet with our HR team for a structured interview covering your experience, motivation, and expectations. Following the interview, you will also complete a psychological and personality assessment. The results of both sessions help us ensure a strong and genuine fit between you and your future team at RKS.

4. Final Stage - Final Interview

An in-depth discussion session with User or Management Representative about your role, expectations, and work values. We also want to get to know your aspirations on a more personal level and ensure a clear alignment between your vision and the RKS.

5. Offering

If deemed suitable, you will receive an oﬃcial job offer and attend RKS’s new employee orientation program.
