RKS focuses on developing cloud-based digital solutions that help companies work more efficiently and transparently.

Currently in the product development and localization stage, with the aim of bringing the Japanese work efficiency system to be optimally used in Indonesia.

Our main focus is to create a system that is easy to use, stable, and relevant to local business needs.

Products Under Development – Raku Raku Seisan

“Bringing Japan’s efficiency system to the Indonesian workplace.”

Raku Raku Seisan is a cloud-based expense management system that has been widely used in Japan for over a decade.
This system helps companies manage reimbursements, travel expenses, and operational expenses quickly, accurately, and completely digitally.
Through RKS, we are adapting and localizing Raku Raku Seisan so that it can be applied in the Indonesian business environment.

Our development focus includes:

System adjustments to financial and taxation policies in Indonesia.

Integration with local accounting systems and use of Indonesian.

Development of additional features for reporting and workflow that align with working practices here.

We want to ensure that when this system is launched, companies in Indonesia can immediately experience efficiency benefits without having to drastically adjust their work processes.

Raku Raku Seisan

Employees can request reimbursements simply by uploading a photo of a receipt from their smartphone. The system automatically converts the data into an expense report.

Expense data can be exported directly to the company’s accounting system (ERP , accounting tools, Excel, etc.).

Further Development Plans

The launch of the Indonesian version of Raku Raku Seisan will be the first milestone of our long journey in Indonesia.

Furthermore, RKS plans to introduce a series of other work efficiency products from the RAKUS Group, such as:

Raku Raku Meisai (digital pay slip system)

Raku Raku Hanbai (invoice and sales system)

All products will be developed with the principle of “local first, global standard”, namely maintaining RAKUS’ global quality while adapting to the needs of local users.

We will also develop local features that adapt to Indonesian tax regulations, financial workflows, and corporate work patterns.

Our goal is simple:
“Making every work process in Indonesia more efficient, measurable, and enjoyable.”

Strategic Collaboration between RAKUS Co., Ltd. and Accurate Indonesia
